Ruoxi Wang, originally from China, is a young furniture designer recently graduated from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena. She creates furniture and light fixtures that balance function and a sense of unreality to trigger an intimate conversation between the objects, light, and people. She believes that furniture is part of people’s everyday life, plus a little bit of poetry.
